Ryvlen Return & Refund Policy

At Ryvlen, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable EU and UK consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at contact@ryvlen.com with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In cases where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or full refund.

Refunds may be refused if returned items are used, damaged due to misuse, or not returned in their original condition.
